These are the terms of the M4 Pro Racquet Program. By applying, you confirm your information is accurate and agree to the terms below. M4 may update these terms from time to time; the current version always governs your membership.

1. Eligibility and approval

The program is open to active, verified racquet sports professionals who fit one of our eligibility categories: certified teaching professionals; head and assistant pros at verified clubs or academies; full-time coaches at educational institutions; and active competitive players in Tennis, Padel, Pickleball, Squash, or Paddle. All applications are reviewed and approved individually by M4, at our sole discretion. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

2. Your pro pricing benefit

Approved members receive 40% off retail on M4 apparel purchased online, along with early access to new collections and opportunities to be featured in M4 content. There is no annual savings cap. Pro pricing is activated on your M4 customer account once you are approved.

3. Personal use only; non-transferable

Pro pricing is for your own personal, on-court use only. It is non-transferable and may not be shared with or used by friends, family, students, or any other person. Orders intended for anyone other than you must be placed without the pro discount applied. Pro pricing may not be used to purchase products for resale.

4. Wholesale exclusion

Pro pricing is a personal benefit and is separate from wholesale purchasing. Wholesale-tagged accounts are not eligible for the program, and the pro discount cannot be combined with wholesale pricing or applied to wholesale orders.

5. What we ask of you

Wear M4 apparel visibly during your professional activities — teaching, coaching, and match play. Sharing organic social posts that tag @whatareyoumade4 is appreciated but never required. There is no exclusivity requirement; you are free to wear other brands.

6. Annual renewal and re-verification

Membership lasts for one year and renews annually with a quick re-verification of your professional credentials. We will email you when your renewal window opens. If your credentials cannot be re-verified, or your membership is not renewed, your pro pricing will be deactivated.

7. Founding class limit

The founding class is capped at 20 professionals across the five sports. If the class is full when you apply, we will keep your application on file and contact you as spots open or the program expands.

8. Changes, suspension, and termination

M4 may modify, suspend, or discontinue the program — or change member benefits, pricing, or these terms — at any time. We may also suspend or revoke an individual membership at our discretion, including for misuse of the discount, inaccurate application information, or conduct inconsistent with the program.
